Based on your drawings, we manufacture difficult to made circular parts up to the diameter of 38 mm in production batches according to customer requirements. Together with our quality management, we guarantee you the high standard of our supplied components. Our turned parts will be individually adapted to your requirements.
In order to optimize and economize our processes and work flows, we cooperate closely with the Design department. Chip machining of parts is made with use of high-precision CNC lathes from CITIZEN and HANWHA companies.

Our capabilities include milling of a variety of materials, including cast iron and non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel, bronze, brass, copper and aluminum. We are able to process parts with maximum dimensions of 900mm x 500mm x 400mm, while guaranteeing a standard precision of 0.03mm.
Technological preparation and optimization of production is provided by modern CAD / CAM systems.
